The cover DEMOS are recorded live by a DUO direct from the mixer during a performance - no edits, no out-takes - and therefore represent what the audience will actually hear. The original songs are included just for interest sake.  Two Jam do use some midi based technology to provide backing, but within the limitations 20 fingers and 2 voices, it is all live.
